Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Pierced jewelry cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
We will try to compensate for any mishaps that happens with packages, but please don’t take advantage of us. We are still a small business & replacing lost packages are costly for us. If your package was never received but says “delivered” on the tracking page. Please contact us via email teemadeitproducts@gmail.com as soon as possible, so we can resort out the issues!
WRONG ADDRESS
If you put the wrong address on your package, Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to compensate your order. Please contact us & we will send you a discount code to save coins when ordering again. Please be cautious where filling out the address form to prevent this!
